The purpose of this tutorial is to walk clients through the client handbook, which serves as a blueprint for a successful partnership with Ad Conversion.
This guide is designed to ensure clients understand how to work effectively with AdConversion team, streamline communication channels, and submit requests with clarity and confidence.

Lesson 1. Introduction and Welcome:
In this initial lesson we set the context for the course, explaining the importance of understanding how to work with the team and use the provided tools effectively. We emphasizes that this handbook is crucial for navigating the partnership smoothly.
Lesson 2. Submitting Requests:
This lesson details the process of submitting various types of requests to the Ad Conversion team. Whether it’s for campaign launches, reporting and insights, tracking, copy, or creative tasks, clients will learn the appropriate methods to ensure their requests are clear and efficiently handled. Silvio highlights the importance of proper request submission to streamline operations and communication.
Lesson 3. Navigating ClickUp:
Lesson three focuses on ClickUp, the project management tool used by Ad Conversion. Silvio explains the fundamentals of ClickUp, including how to navigate the ClickUp folder. Understanding this tool is essential for clients to access information, reference past weekly performance updates, and review agendas for meetings. This lesson aims to make the process easier and more intuitive for clients.
Lesson 4. Navigating Figma:
In this lesson, the head of design, Mickey, takes over to guide clients through Figma, the design collaboration tool. Mickey will show clients how to navigate the Figma layout, leave comments, and communicate about copy or creative designs. This hands-on walkthrough aims to facilitate better collaboration on design projects.
