How to Submit Requests & SLAs

This article will detail how you can submit requests to the AdConversion team. 

How to submit requests 📝

We’ve made it easier to ask for support! Just message your assigned PMM on Slack.

They’ll take care of opening the request for you and keep you updated.

You can ask for things like:

  • Campaign launches

  • Landing page designs

  • Anything else you need help with (Miscellaneous)

 

Here’s our typical timeline per request (SLAs) ⏱️

Regardless of request you’ll receive a response within 24-48 business hours on Slack from your assigned PMM.

There are unilimted requests but each request would be fulfilled one at a time, and the production for the next task would not start until the previous one was completed.

Our SLA timeline specifically applies to the first version our team will deliver. Please note that any revisions requested after the first version delivery are not included in this SLA and may require additional time to complete.
